We would like to introduce the "Pressure Test and Leak Test" that we conduct. A pressure test is conducted to verify whether newly manufactured piping, or existing piping from equipment that has been inactive for many years, can withstand actual operation when reactivated. It also checks for defects (such as pinholes, missed welds, insufficient threading, etc.) after processing. This test is performed before the equipment is put into operation, using water, hydraulic oil, nitrogen, or other fluids at the necessary pressure.
